Summary of PM Stephen Harper's speech to the Australia's Parliament

On September 11, 2007 PM Stephen Harper addressed Australia's Parliament in Canberra and characterized the "Afghan mission as a global and necessary cause." PM Harper as always stayed firm and positive behind the mission and hoping the debate in Canada would turn to really what should we do?
